1、负责建立、完善生产部设备维护、保养制度，并负责设备的日常保养、维护和一般维修，对生产过程中的设备重大异常情况做出判断，并协调设备部参与维修。
2、维护生产部的设备台帐，保养记录，故障维修记录。完善档案管理。
3、新增设备的申请、接收；对现有设备提出改进方案；工装的设计、委外加工实施与辅导；委外制造设备的设计输入、进展信息的上报部门负责人。
4、协助财务部负责设备固定资产管理。
5、协助完成备品、备件的采购计划。
6、联系和协助安装生
1）负责项目前期评估及可行性分析。
2）编制项目管理计划、客户要求的质量文件（如FMEA、PPAP)。
3）制定和跟踪项目开发计划，并保证项目按计划时间完成并满足客户要求。
4）配合销售与客户的技术沟通工作，定期向客户汇报项目进度。
5）协助采购，物流，质量等部门对原材料及外协供应商的评审。
6）全程监督，跟踪，推动和及时反馈上报PM项目执行情况。
7）在相关部门协助下主导成本计算。
